ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be shipped within 7-9 business days unless otherwise stated in the item's description. Orders placed during holidays or high-volume sales periods may require additional processing time.

 

SHIPPING ORIGIN

Please note that between May and November, orders will be shipped from Europe. Delivery timelines may vary accordingly.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

DELIVERY ADDRESS & PO BOXES

We will do our best to accommodate address changes after your order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee we can make modifications. Our customer service team typically responds within 48-72 business hours, excluding weekends. Upon request, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes, depending on carrier availability.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The cost of taxes, and any duties are not included in the shipping rate. Please note your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives in your country. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

 

DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. During peak times (e.g., holidays or launches), shipping may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. 

Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. 

If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
