At space cherry, we want you to feel confident and inspired with every purchase. While we remain committed to quality and craftsmanship through our small-batch collections, we also offer a 14-day return window for eligible items.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@byspacecherry.com. Once your return is approved, you'll have an additional 14 days to send the item/s back. Please note:

  • A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one separately.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders can be returned. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please include photos of damaged product.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
