At space cherry, we’re fully committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase. Due to the nature of our collections and our current small-batch production model, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit at this time.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect (see below).
This policy applies to domestic and international orders, including accessories and sale items.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders can be returned. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please include photos of damaged product.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited-releases, sale items, or gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
